Slow Down Your Aging Process
Are You Aging Yourself
You awake in the morning to a beam of light shining through your bedroom window. This natural wake-up call prompts you to:
- Pull the blinds shut
- Stretch and climb out of bed
- You don't even notice
Your co-workers are heading to happy hour. You tag along to the bar and when it's time to order you:
- Order one drink to relax
- Contemplate the first in the long list of cocktails
- Opt for a ginger ale
During your daily make-up application, do you routinely use eyeliner?
- Yes
- No
It's the weekend and the sun is shining, the birds are chirping and the temperature is comfortable. What are your plans?
- A long walk with your dog
- Lounging in front of the TV
- A 20-mile mountain biking trip
You're going on a family trip to the beach. This means:
- Catching some serious rays
- Sitting under a beach umbrella with clothing AND sunblock covering every inch of your body.
- A romp in the waves, a little sun and game of volleyball
When you scan your body in a full length mirror you think:
- Looking good
- Life would be better if I had Jennifer Aniston's figure
- Stop focusing on my bulges and concentrate on my health
The short breaks you take throughout the work day consist mostly of:
- Checking celebrity news online
- Smoking a cigarette or two
- Chatting it up with some of your co-workers
When you indulge in dessert, you are most likely to dig into:
- No dessert for me, thank you
- A modest-sized slice of chocolate cake.
- An entire box of Oreos
You walk through the door at the end of the day and are greeted by:
- Your loving (occasionally annoying) family
- You try not to come home too much
- A silent, empty house.
The environment where you live would best be described as:
- A natural oasis
- A suburban town
- A big city
How would you describe the level of stress in your daily life?:
- I'm living on easy street.
- I rarely have time to catch my breath.
- I have highs and lows
When you drift off to sleep at night, what position do you lie in?
- On your back, with your face facing up.
- On your side, with one cheek smashed into the pillow.
- Face down, with your face completely submerged in the pillow.
How often do you go for a check-up at the doctor?
- I don't even have a doctor.
- I get a yearly check-up.
- I have my doctor's phone number on speed dial
How do you keep your memory sharp?
- Learning new skills
- Memorizing the times of your favorite TV shows
- Asking friends and family to repeat everything they say

Don't say anything about the way people criticise others grammer. They will take your comment off. I am so immature. I just don't look it. I sleep sitting up.

Like I am going to believe this dumb survey. I am 48 years old, have been sleeping on my side ever since I can remember, but hardly have any wrinkles. Many people think that I am only 34 or so years old. Perhaps being half Asian and Dutch have something to do with me aging gracefully? Don't know...lolHey, apply some of the petrolium jelly after gently scrubbing your face with hot towel helps me looking younger. Do this nightly. I have for years and it helps!

So, I look good, have no stress and enjoy nature and this means I need to work harder on my health? What a joke.

This is by far the dumbest quiz I have ever taken. So I guess I'm a aging hermit because I sleep on my side and would like a house surrounded by trees. But I have a social life...so I'm an aging hermit with a social life. This article is such cookie cutter crap.

WHAT A CROCK, I HAVE ALWAYS SLEPT ON MY SIDE. MAYBE THATS WHY AT 68 I FEEL LIKE 102

Sleeping on your side might be worse for your appearance, but it is better for your overall health. Sleeping on the side reduces snoring, while sleeping on your back maximizes snoring and the bad health events associated with snoring...not to mention the effects disturbing your partner.

WOW, I thought I was doing pretty good for my age (47). I got four wrong: I don't drink, not crazy about sweets or the beach, and my life is pretty stress free.
