This is hardly ground breaking advice being presented but it does work. Eat healthily, exercise, sleep well and take time to relax - your life will be better for it.http://www.hypnobusters.com/

Check www.dietreality.com for some great information on products that can help anyone going on a diet. They have some great blogs, which include information for all ages. I think it makes sense for everyone to review the site.

This is junk. You would need to be wealthy to be able to afford all of the organic food. It does no good if you buy organic vegetables but not meat and vice versa. The all organic foods are twice the price and with the costs of groceries going up how are we supposed to do it? A single Orange is 1.00 at my grocery stores. Banana's are up to .65 lb. It is really expensive to eat healthy. We tried going the organic route when my daughter returned from college and my grocery bill was 3 x as high and we didn't have nearly as much food. Also if my bipolar daughter just quits taking her medicine that would not be a good thing. Gees this dude is so far off. He should be sued for telling people to drop their medicines. How does that make people feel that need them.

So many of his fixes are presented in a repetitive manner; how many slides of the slide show said the same thing? Guess my brain isn't so broken that I didn't notice that.

WOW...total B.S. WHAT a bald-faced push to sell books. I agree with others here..some 'depressed' people are really going to get hurt if they follow this crap and exclude 'mainstream' medicine.I have severe depression, and daily I struggle to find a reason to stay on this planet..and I take the drugs and do all that other crap..and the drugs barely help and the other stuff just keeps me busy enough to not focus on the depression. The world needs less of Dr. Phil and all of these =sell-my-book..Dr. Phil wannabe's!

The best way to fix your brain is planting pot in the hills of Mexico, because they say that "life is green," and that is what has kept me alive, and the best pot comes from the hills of Nayarit! The best opium comes from Afghanistan, the best coke comes from Colombia, and they say the best gays are in the United States

You know what bothers me about this b.s. artist, Mark Hyman, M.D, is that he's probably going to end up being the cause of a lot of depression related suicides. People are going to try his hocus pocus, witch doctor advise and end up killing themselves. You're just telling them to "suck it up" which is what anyone suffering from depression has heard way too many times. What a crock of crap. I hope he gets his ass sued off for malpractice.
