10 Funniest Fitness Videos of All Time

10. Zsa Zsa Gabor's It’s Simple, Darling
Move over Kim Kardashian, you’ve got nothing on the original. In her 1993 workout video “It’s Simple, Darling,” socialite and actress Zsa Zsa Gabor dons a skin tight, shiny black get-up next to two beefcakes.
Her goal is to keep you looking great for your “unfaithful husband, lover, lawyer, doctor...” She is not
specific about form, and does not claim to be a trainer. Instead, she lets viewers know while stretching
that “I wasn't born to be an athlete, I was born to be a lover.” So true, there’s nothing athletic about this
video.
9. Mousercise
Come on everybody and Mousercise! If you were one of the lucky kids to have the Disney Channel in the
mid ‘80s, you might remember Mousercise. Before the childhood obesity rate skyrocketed, this show
encouraged kids to get a regular workout, complete with upper body, lower body and stretching. The
moves are a little jerky, the outfits are pure '80s, and Mickey is nowhere to be seen when the going gets
tough, but the intro alone makes it a classic.
8. The Goddess Workout
Dolphina supposedly began belly dancing at the age of four. Wait, it gets better: She claims dolphins
rescued her after a near-fatal boat crash, giving the “belly dancer to the stars” her stage name. While she
has a belly dancing video, it is her Cardio Burlesque Striptease Workout that makes you pause. No Lycra here, just bra and
panties and a long white boa. In a seductive voice, she encourages you to not just whip the boa around,
but “do it like you’re having a tantrum.” She tosses in that it’s a great workout for the arm, though with no
reps and no weight, it’s highly doubtful. But that’s OK, because if you master this move, even if you’re still
flabby, she promises, “you’re sure to get your way.” Oh my!
7. Buns of Steel
Do not be fooled by the headbands and poorly timed music, this is a serious glute workout. Good cues,
careful movements, and hilarious asides put The Original Buns of Steel among the best in the genre. If it’s
not enough to follow along through this nearly hour-long, butt-burning workout, try to do it without laughing.
But if you can stick with it, instructor Greg Smithey lets you know that “they’re gonna see you coming, and
notice you going.”
6. Jack LaLanne's Facial Exercises
The godfather of exercise gurus, Jack LaLanne, inspired an entire generation to embrace exercise with
“The Jack LaLanne Show,” which started in 1951 and stayed on the air for a record 34 years. His
commitment to fitness, however, went far beyond push-ups and included series of facial exercises. The
reason for your wrinkles? It’s not the stress you've endured and smoking a pack and a half a day, it’s
because you’re not exercising your facial muscles! Even bodybuilding legend LaLanne takes a wrong
turn here, and looks ridiculous doing it.

I have struggled with weight for my whole life and finally have a grip on it after 30 years of suffering from diet-itis!! It really helps to know what you are doing and you don't have to work nearly as hard when you do. Go to this site ( Http://cli.gs/StripTheFat ) It was recommended to me by a friend and it really changed my thinking and helped me turn the tide and finally lose weight and keep it off without the constant struggle and fluctuations. I have lost over 50 lbs and kept it off. I finally have enough energy to keep up with my children. Best of luck to every one of you who knows what it is like to struggle to lose weight...hope this makes your life easier!!

This is embarrassing to admit, but when I was a kid, I used to wake up early to watch Mousercise. Yes, "watch"--as in I sat on my butt and watched them exercise, with the occasional foray into attempting some of the moves. I still remember nearly getting whiplash from "Goofy Groove".While I was an avid tree-climber and storm-sewer-crawler and loved going on long-distance bike rides with my father, I never did see the appeal of aerobics--unless, of course, I was with my Girl Scout troup, laughing as we watched our teachers doing them.To this day I joke about sitting on the couch watching aerobics videos being my idea of exercise.

Al these videos look so cool. I love exercising. It keeps you healthy and fit. But, exercising can't do all the work ny its self to keep you healthy anf fit, we need to eat a lifetime-based diet of fruits and vegetables and all the other healthy stuff.

I'd hate to be the person wearing the Mickey Mouse costume doing the workouts! Mousercise so rocked in the 80's! Unfortunately, I could never wake up early enough to watch it and work out :-(
