Extra protein has helped me. I put Javanu protein creamer in my coffee. It has been so much easier to get protein through out the day. www.javanu.com if any one wants to know

Congrat Chris, It is hard work. It is so important to exercise regularly. This helps you lose fat and maintain proper weight for your body type. Most people that pile the pounds back on.....stop working out for whatever reasons. Lifting weights as well as aerobics is so important. Muscle tissue will raise your metabolilsm and tone the skin. Aerobics will strengthen organ muscles...the heart... and improves the skin's actual appearance. It gets that blood moving throughout your body. The benefits of toned muscles are many...protection to your bones, strength, firmer skin tone metabolism booster, etc..Don't be afraid to lift weights...most women won't bulk up. I do. While they don't bulge tremendously, I will get really defined muscles, because my male hormone levels are somewhat higher than average levels that are present in most females. I'm actually glad because I can eat a lot of good foods without gaining fat easily, but I have to work out.

I have struggled with weight for my whole life and finally have a grip on it after 30 years of suffering from diet-itis!! It really helps to know what you are doing and you don't have to work nearly as hard when you do. Go to this site http://kevkev227.stripfat.hop.clickbank.net/ It was recommended to me by a friend and it really changed my thinking and helped me turn the tide and finally lose weight and keep it off without the constant struggle and fluctuations. I have lost over 50 lbs and kept it off. I finally have enough energy to keep up with my children. Best of luck to every one of you who knows what it is like to struggle to lose weight...hope this makes your life easier!!

It's amazing how confidence dwindles as the pounds accumulate. I'm a former varsity basketball player and was all about fitness. Then two beautiful children and a wonderful marriage later it seems all motivation is lost. I crave to eat right and desire to work out. I mean I have a treadmill, various workout videos, weights, and pilates equipment but every try to turn my life around and get my body back is a failed attempt. And it's completely fine with me that I am not a petite size 2. In my opinion a woman that's got hips, a butt, strong thighs and so on is beautiful. I've always had the Marilyn Monroe, Mariah Carey figure anyway and that's what I feel comfortable with. I just want everything be toned back up and put back in its place. I think it's time to reclaim control over my body. I'm putting my foot down and declaring, "No more!" Oh, it's on now!!!!!! Help!!??!!

Congrats Chris, I too know how hard it is. I recently joined Weight Watchers and it has been very successful for me. The weight is not coming off fast but thats a good thing. I have lost 7lbs. in 3 weeks. These quick fix diets I hear people talking about, if they work so well we would never have overweight people. It is all anout determination I agree. Keep up the good work.

A friend of mine sent me that link in an email http://theworldsgreatestsupplement.com and I tried it for myself and to my amazement it actually worked. I was losing 2 – 3 pounds a week. I lost my 30 pounds in a little over 3 months and I have managed to keep the weight off ever since. The great thing was that I didn't just lose that weight but I felt better throughout the day and I still do.

There are plenty of other ways to instantly shed pounds, and no I'm not referring to some miracle cure or weight loss scam. At a low point in my life I had finally hit the 300 lb. mark on the scale, I had chronic asthma, and severely high blood pressure. I was disgusted with myself for allowing me to get into such a bad state of health. So what did I do? I cut out all the unhealthy foods in my diet including sodas, chips, cookies, fast foods, etc. and got my butt in the gym. Barely a year later I weigh in at 180 lbs, my blood pressure has stabilized and my asthma is a thing of the past. I am now mentally and physically in good health, not because of some miracle diet, but because of hard work and determination.
