I bake Miracle Muffins www.miraclemuffins.com into mini muffins. Then, I take 3 mini muffins in a sandwich bag to work for an afternoon snack. Three mini muffins are 87 calories, 7 grams fiber, 3 grams fat and 9 grams protein. Best of all, they are sugar free. So, I get sustained energy flow instead of a sudden burst of energy and then a slump like I used to get from the vending machine goodies.

Given that I've recently been diagnosed with high potassium levels in my blood, I think I'll skip the bananas.

I must admit, I put on a few pre and post holiday pounds. It's just a matter of simple math...eat less, drink less soft drinks and alcohol (water of course in your best bet) and in a matter of time you will be back fitting into those clothes comfortable again.I see these diets where you can have half of this and low fat this...??? I think exercises that you will comfortable with such as walks, biking or swimming can be a huge benefit to a longer healthier life. It's all about change...change for a better healthier life!:0)
