These items are quick, healthy, easy , and delicious. Plus, they're all belly flattening! That means they either provide 200 calories or less per serving to help you lose weight, or they're chock-full of one or both of these belly-fat-attacking nutrients: MUFAs (monounsaturated fatty acids) and whole grains.

Several studies reveal that a diet rich in MUFAs may help reduce belly fat and increase fat burning in people with larger waistlines. And, a new study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that whole grains may help you lose twice as much belly fat.

      While many choices are good...there is NO MENTION of SODIUM CONTENT.HARDLY EVER MENTIONED---ANYWHERE. It is listed on the packages, like 657 mg. for 1 oz; 819 mg. for 3 oz; 457 mg for 1 tbsp.When you consider...if you ingest more than 2,000 mg of sodium ad day...you are headed for CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE.Outside of damaging your heart...it puts on belly fat-FAST!!!Start reading the SODIUM CONTENT on the label.       I follow the stay satisfied with protein Rule. I put Javanu Protein creamer in my coffee in the morning and mid afternoon, it helps me stay on track.

      what works for me and it is the truth. buy a couple of cartons or more from the indian reservations and a case or two ofcheap vodka.bukoff is a fairly good one 11.99 a halfgallon go to a motel or just stay home if your wife is not the bitchy type smoke eat and eat, for the 1st couple of days then your appetitewill go away because food will meake you want to puke. due this for a month, go to the hospital a detox for 5-7 days not only will you be sober and cleaned out your system cigarettes are harder but look at your scale you will have lost a good 10 pounds at least this can be extended at any time for any length of time because the people who take care of you are angels in disguise and realize how hard it is to stop drinking. i went on a toot last year and wound up in a nursing home for 21 days to strengthen and bulk up .it was a marvelous placs that had a tiny little strean that i used to roll a tiny old woman to sit by it. we talked about everything what a delightful time i had
