PanamaRider323 how wrong could you be. Sure smoking is very unhealthy and can kill you, however there is a 98 year old man who smokes 5 packs of cigarettes a day! How isn't he dead yet? Well I'll tell you...Stress is one of the top ways of death, and believe it or not stress slowly kills you and takes time off of your lifespan. This jolly old man is always happy, and has very rarely been stressful throughout his whole life, and still has no signs of dying (except of old age). This man smokes constantly, but is always happy and laughing... (Did you know laughing actually increases your lifespan?) Sure eating health and having a great diet with exercise is important, but it's stress in which you need to be careful about. Laugh more with your friends and family and when something goes wrong don't stress out over it, just deal with it calmly.

The only secret to a long life as your body can stand up too , is too eat healthy and exercise daily, plenty of fresh tropical fruits and fresh fish and healthy poultry . If you smoke , stop , that will kil you for sure if you do it long enough.

Well, guys nobody or nothing can guarantee if you would see the sun light tomorrow when you go to bed at night, you don't even know you would wake up on the following morning. What happens is when you eat good food, you can be healthy. This life is given by God and he knows when you will die and no guarantee or contracts can give you a long life. You life is in the hands of God. I know if you are an Atheist or an Evolutionist or an Agnostic, you are going to deny what I am saying. If you use your reasoning, you can understand what I have said here.

LOL, I just got done reading the thing which was at least entertaining to read and had a little bit of good info, such as eating nuts, and I scroll down to see 8 comments of conspiricy theorists, self MDs, and just plain a s sholes, get a life people.
