Oh Oprah!
For years we've watched Oprah's show -- and her weight. But with the help of trainer Bob Greene the talk show queen has finally found a diet that works for her. Less of the Prez

Whole Foodie
How does a middle-aged singer with two children maintain such a phenomenal physique? In addition to punishing daily workouts, Madonna adheres to a strict macrobiotic diet, which is based on the idea that food affects health, well being, and happiness. The diet focuses on whole, unprocessed foods and is low in fat, high in fiber and rich in vegetables and soy.

To get into fighting shape for 'Blade: Trinity,' Jessica Biel followed a strict diet that banned sugar, dairy, flour and salt. To keep her metabolism revved up and to get her through an intense workout schedule, Jessica has said she would eat several small meals every few hours, similar to the 3-Hour Diet.

"Although Kirstie will not appear in future advertising endeavors for us, she does remain on Jenny Craig's maintenance program," Scott Parker, vice-president of marketing for Jenny Craig, told People.
Alley served as an inspiration for many dieters, losing a reported 75 pounds and was one of the first celebrities to sign on publicly to a diet plan. Former "One Day at a Time" star Valerie Bertinelli has also appeared as a spokesmodel for Jenny Craig, and Queen Latifah recently joined the company, for a campaign reportedly focusing on healthy weight. An ad on the Jenny Craig Web site featuring Latifah reads: "I’m taking the first step toward improving my health with Jenny Craig."
Interestingly, Queen Latifah has spent the last year urging America to "Go for the good stuff" as the voice of Pizza Hut.
