    The Complete Beck Diet For Life is designed not only to show you what and how to eat, but also how to change your mindset about dieting. It accomplishes this in five stages. In Stage One, you’re taught nine ‘success skills’ designed to help you adapt and adhere to a new diet. In Stage Two, dieters begin one of five types of eating plans (either a 1,600, 1,800, 2,000, 2,200 or 2,400-calorie program, depending on your daily caloric needs.) In Stage Three, dieters are shown tactics on how to stay in control during different eating situation, such as at parties, during holidays, and while eating out. In Stage Four, dieters learn how to customize the Think Thin plan so they can follow it for life. Finally, in Stage Five, dieters are shown tips on how to stay motivated for life once the thrill of weight loss wears off.
