Servings? I'm 57 years old, 5/8" tall, and I weigh 147 lbs. The LAST thing I think about is calories or servings........ I eat what I want, when I want, as much as I want.

I kept choosing the smaller portion size. I flunked, but still can't go wrong eating less! I always check the package for correct portions anyway, like ice cream portions which is a 1/2 cup. Hardly worth washing the dish :P
