    Absolutely NO WAY does the cauliflower taste like mashed potatoes or even make you think of mashed potatoes. This is GROSS! I love and eat cauliflower, but don't pretend it's mashed potatoes.

    Easy to print on 2 pages, just hit print article then select only the article text by holding and draging the left mouse button, right click the selected text, chose print, then chose print "selection" button on Paper Range then print. ORright click the selected, chose copy then paste on to any word processor like Notepad and print, the advantage to that is you have a file you can save. Both work.

    I can't stand the "Skinny by Saturday" slogan.Not bloody likely.Are they crazy?Anyone who can be skinny by later in the week, doesn't eat like this, and doesn't need to.

    I do not like squash but have used the spaghetti squash for spaghetti idea before and it IS just about as good as real spaghetti. Surprised the heck out of me, but I have yet to introduce that one to anyone who hasn't liked it.

    im sorry but if you like zucchini mushrooms n such you can substitute but some of us are not fond of most vegetables and so this substitute to us is crap .. its not so much CUTTING it out of your diet its called eating in moderation ... you shouldnt be GROSSLY overweight but at the same time ... many are too skinny also .. EACH person has a different body structure and the weight chart doesnt go by body structure only by height and weight .. well im short BUT have a medium to large bone structure .. according to charts it says i should be 113lbs to 123lbs .. i was 118 lbs back in 97 ... and looked like i was on drugs b/c i was TOO SKINNY .. to me .. 130lbs is perfect weight for my structure and height ... in light of that i know i have 40 or so lbs to shed but cutting out food that i know i will not be able to stop eating and try to substitute it with food that either i do not like or am allergic to isnt going to work . sorry to whoever came up with the substitutes but its better on pa
