Much of this information is available free on the Web site; the annual membership includes a subscription to the magazine Diabetes Forecast. Members also receive the "Annual Resource Guide for Diabetes Supplies."

This nonprofit organization publishes pamphlets and booklets on preventing and treating hypertension, available at no charge or for a nominal fee. It also operates a consumer hotline to answer general questions on heart health.
