Unusual symptoms of schizophrenia

Some people with schizophrenia have unusual symptoms in addition to more common symptoms (such as lack of emotion or hallucinations). Some people are not able to tell the difference between the right and left sides of their bodies. They also may not be able to tell what number is being traced in the palms of their hands. Some people with schizophrenia also have unusual eye movements, such as eye jerking or blinking their eyes more often than is normal.
