Suicidal thoughts

Any thoughts of suicide must be taken seriously. The threat of carrying out the plan is very real if you are thinking of committing suicide and you:

  • Have the means, such as weapons or medications, available to commit suicide or do harm to another person.
  • Have set a time and place to commit suicide.
  • Think that there is no other way to end your pain.

Call 911 or other emergency services immediately if you or someone you know is seriously considering suicide.
