Conditions with symptoms similar to endometrial cancer
Symptoms of endometrial cancer include heavy or unusual vaginal bleeding, especially after menopause but also near the time that menopause begins. Other conditions that have symptoms similar to endometrial cancer include:
- Cervical cancer.
- Cervicitis.
- Dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
- Endometrial hyperplasia.
- Endometrial or cervical polyps.
- Endometriosis.
- Menopause.
- Uterine fibroids.
