Automated Pap test
Automated Pap test
An automated Pap test is a computer-assisted method used to check Pap smears. These methods may not be available everywhere. AutoCyte-Screen and AutoPap are examples of these automated methods.
Experts have not determined the benefit of automated review tests. How much these tests help detect important cervical cell changes early and prevent the development to cervical cancer is still being researched.
