Your questionnaire is completely inaccurate. You can not put in a no answer. When you do it responses with a yes answer.

One nice thing about getting older, and about believing this is not the only 'life' we have, is that the prospect of death becomes less and less frightening. What concerns me (at least when I give it any thought, which is seldom) is the prospect of years of debilitating disease. I just hope I go quickly.

I have had bypass surgery and know there are many factors that cause the problem. However, I believe smoking is the worst legal we can do to our bodies.

My HMO stresses prevention, but we all have to die sometime, so with that in mind, I am becoming more fatalistic about the future. I refused to take the quiz.
