Where to start
The best way to reduce your overall risk of cancer is to follow seven important steps:

avoid tobacco

keep your weight within healthy limits

exercise regularly

limit your red meat consumption

eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains

drink alcohol only in moderation
-
practice safe sex
-
avoid excessive or unnecessary exposure to the sun
